Skyblivion is an upcoming mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that is a fan made remaster of the Oblivion experience. It has been in the works for awhile and is planned for release this year. The mod team, TESRenewal, currently consisting of sixty-five volunteers, are happy to share that every member of the team received a copy of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered as a gift from Bethesda.
The Skyblivion team is glad that players will be able to play both a fan made remaster as well as an official one. I have not kept up to date with all of the news on this mod as I'm not a big modder and I haven't played Skyrim in quite awhile but I still intend to play through it some day. It's obvious to me that the official remaster looks much better than the modded version. I'm not "throwing shade" or anything. I'm just sharing an observation. I thought this was pretty cool news and wanted to share it. Thanks for reading. Game on.
