Driveloop: Survivors is a top-down roguelike twin-stick auto-attack shooter developed and published by Stunbyte. It launched today, April 9th, in Early Access with a small introductory discount putting the cost at $8.89 while the normal price will be $9.99.
Driveloop: Survivors launches with two playable maps, three difficulties, day and night times, five playable crew members that have their own playstyle, nine enemy types, one boss, and two vehicles to get started. Each of the two available vehicles will have four different unlockable weapons, four unlockable abilities, and four style variants with different stats and decals.
There is a demo available so you can try Driveloop: Survivors before you consider making a purchase. Oops, is the demo gone now? I had played the demo a little while back and really enjoyed it and the concept. I have enjoyed this genre of games quite a bit. Some of my favorites include Champion Shift, Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel, and Yet Another Zombie Survivors.
Stunbyte plans to release a public Roadmap soon where they'll show their plans for adding more maps, enemies, upgrades, playable characters, game modes, and more. Thanks for reading. Game on.
